Shiny Happy Car Wash

BROKE MY WINDSHIELD!!!! This used to be a good car wash. This time around the lady opporating it was extremely rude, whistling at me like I didn't see her or stop when she said when I was already stopped.... then the washer hit my car so hard it broke my windshield, it's over a foot long crack and they aren't going to do anything about it. I will never go here again!!

Everyone should be very careful before using this car wash. I went through it this morning and immediately noticed extensive scratches on the roof and a hood of my car as a result of the car wash. I've left a message for the company and will update this review based on what I hear back from them, but this car wash absolutely scratched my car. I returned and spoke to the attendant who was very nice and instructed me to call the office, which I've done, and they will be able to ensure the scratches were not there ahead of time. Will update once I've heard back.

Would not go here !!!!! Immediately after I drove out I noticed scratches on my windshield and a hugggge large vertical crack in my windshield from bottom to top in the middle of my whole windshield . I am in the process of making a claim. Called and left a voicemail to them because nobody actually answers their phone. I am pretty livid. Had I never drove in there today, would not have a cracked and scratched windshield or have to spend time dealing with the BS.

Great experience. Convenient location, great machines and the attendants are always pleasant. The ultimate wash can be pricey but my car does come out looking shiny and happy.
