Oasis at Montclair Apartments

Me and my husband love Oasis! The pool and gym are very nice and convenient to have here, and the security is valuable as well. Danielle has done a great job at making us feel welcome and we can’t wait to meet some more neighbors!

Building’s are poorly insulated. You can hear everything outside your door to the neighbors passing gas in their bathrooms. walking sounds like construction above you. Rent prices increased drastically with no change in quality of property. Gate access system is dumb. It use to be passcode accessible, now guest have to call your phone, very inconvenient somedays. Been here almost 2 years, clubhouse is always closed for resident use.

The apartments were very nice along with the accommodations. Sometimes the beeping gates for the vehicles entry and exit could get annoying but that is the price you pay for a gated community! Of course, this is only if you have a unit near the gates! The staff was very pleasant to work with, especially the assistant manager, Danielle! She is amazing and was so much help! I would definitely recommend these apartments.
