Residents/owners have a pass. The pass is required to use any of the on site facilities and amenities. But, you can park for free. Just not overnight.

There was a woman begging (walking from car to car) on Wayside Drive on Sunday the 18th of February. I think this puts our neighborhood in a bad light. Law enforcement can't do anything. Is there anything anyone else can do?

Shes probably not homeless. She probably lives nearby and knows that you're a reasonably affluent neighborhood. I bet she makes more money panhandling than she would at some entry level job. And it's all tax free. Pretty common scam. I hate leaches.
