So Dental One Associates of Maryland in Waldorf needs to do better. So Dental One Associates of Maryland you consider it an oops, a misunderstanding, a my bad, when you don't tell a patient of an upcoming 2900.00 charge? I consider that bait-n-switch since you have known up the aforementioned charge for over a year. I'm thinking that I have finished paying you off since no one at your practice mentioned it...imagine my surprise when I ask you to make sure that everything was good to be told that I will owe 2900.00 for an upcoming treatment. For you to tell me that I can wait until next year and max out my insurance with you for the second year wasn't helpful. Your Office Manager trying to explain it away, but you've shown me who you are and I believe you. I will be contacting the state dental boards and other consumer advocacy groups.

The dentist and dental assistants at this place were amazing! They treated me with respect, the explained everything to me, and most importantly they were very very kind. I hope one day I’ll be able to afford to come back lol. But at least I know they are at the top of my list of places to get a procedure done at.
