From the moment we contacted tri county we had exceptional service. After an inspection of our chimneys in our new house, which showed that they were no longer safe, we decided to install a pellet stove and a word burning stove. We worked with Glenn in the store who was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. He never tried to upsell us but helped us make a decision about our purchases based on our needs. After we chose the stoves, we worked with Blair in the office who was also extremely helpful. Finally, Marcus and Brian came to install our stoves. They were excellent at installing the stoves, teaching us about them, and explaining what they were doing. They even made friends with my pesky puppy. They cleaned everything afterwards. In all, I would always highly recommend Tri County. I read one review that said they were a bit pricey. I don't even agree with that. I spent a lot of time looking at prices for stoves and when you add in all of the labor etc, I though the prices were reasonable. Is it expensive, yes. But I feel completely confident that we had the best purchase and installation possible at a comparable price. It is unusual in this day to receive the kind of customer service that we received. Clearly the owners of this company understand the importance of this. Thank you Tri- County --- I am almost looking forward to cold weather.

Sean the customer service rep was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. He was very engaging. We purchased 2 chairs and an ottoman. The whole process he made us feel welcome from the time we walked in to the time of our purchase. Bryan Santos was also knowledgeable about the delivery process. He let us know that it would be easier to bring the furniture in through the back door. He did not want to mark up our walls. I will continue to patronize this company. Thank you.

Your gasket has melted together. Your going to have to get a scrapper and gently pull the two sides apart then, replace the gasket.

This type of material is manufacturer specific. We would have to do an inspection and hopefully there are still identifying Mark's somewhere on the interior of the home that would tell us who it's made by. Also if the exterior portion is that bad and its original to the house than it may be time to consider replacing the chimney.
