DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The two white ladies who work here are very rude, especially the older white lady. Extremely condescending. Read their responses to other reviews! lol RESPONSE TO BETH: Enraged is a very strong word to describe my response in your store. Also, I never expected you to handle my return or disgust of the other white lady’s behavior. Your response to my review is exactly my point of your condescending attitudes. I also told you there wasn’t a description of your store’s return policy posted anywhere. You waving the receipt in my face is also the same condescending behavior I am also complaining about! I specifically told you there wasn’t a detailed policy on your website. I have emailed you regarding this issue as well. Both of you white ladies need to do better!

I just went in to sell some items and maybe purchase new. I have been here several times and sold to them several times. The lady behind the counter (short gray hair) looked at me and said you do not have a container to hold my coats in. I didn’t but I didn’t know you had to. Not to mention she had a stack of empty laundry baskets behind her as she showed me that they had no containers to hold them in. I told her don’t worry about it and told her she was rude. As the owner was holding the door open for me to leave. She yelled no you are rude. What kind of customer service is this? I can’t believe the owner let me walk away as she yelled that. I would rather give my items to good will then sell to them again.
