Came in with my children watched them greet everyone except for me …. Of course I was the only African American in the store . I use to love coming here but I’m treated so cold and they are so short when I come in that this was probably my last purchase

I watched as the cashiers greeted everyone who walked in but me . The staff wasn’t helpful and left me standing for at least 5-7 minutes in line while they were there talking to each other before they asked if I was ready to check out . I’ll never go back or recommend then again

They wont give estimates over the phone or email you have to bring it in. Havent sold a purse there but got a fair price on some dresses.
