This review is about the store/customer service not the brand. Visited late afternoon on a Friday with friend - 3 sales assistants behind counter - one older, two younger. No greeting, no eye contact when we entered. During our 30 minute stay in store we did not receive any type of acknowledgement or offer of assistance. In fact, while in dressing room I asked my friend to find a different color of an item. She asked the older sales woman about the items and instead of physically helping with the sales woman just pointed to the area of the store where another color was located! My friend even then couldn’t find the pieces and asked yet again for assistance. Luckily, one of the younger associates stepped in to help. I would go back to store hoping to have a better customer service experience.

I felt so welcomed while shopping here. I love the clothes but the customer service and chill atmosphere is what makes shopping here such a pleasure. I am a curvy woman and the clothes are super flattering!

Beware of the Greenwashing! I love the clothes made in Eastern Europe by this company, but will not buy the ones made in China because I support a free Tibet. Unfortunately, you have to look hard to find out where each item has been made.

I love the colors, and the wonderful feel of the cotton knit fabrics here, and the sweaters are gorgeous. The staff was very helpful to make sure I had the best fit.
