Shore Haven Apartment is the best complex of appartments to live , a nice and peacefull life i have lived in this complex for more than 15 years now didnt had any issue , the management office was always nice and helpfull anytime i call for any problem that show up for repair or other problems , also i recently move to a biger appartment in the same complex and Emilly is the best agent she help us with the transition i gladly recomend her she is very nice and very professional i give my five star for this, i could choose many other places to move out but i dont feel anywere like here .Thank you Emily and thank you Shore Haven for everything !🙏

I moved into my apartment at Shore Haven last April. Emily was so very helpful and courteous, and the move-in process went very smoothly. It has been the most lovely place I have ever lived. There are views of the water from my window, the apartment itself is spacious and has lots of natural light, and the neighbors are very friendly! The maintenance staff are helpful and really nice, and the building is always very well maintained. The subway is easily walkable, as is the Target and many local eateries and businesses. I would definitely recommend living here!!

Mice, rats, repairs aren't a high priority. Example the front door has been broken for over 2 yrs now. The backdoor was broken for the 2 yrs prior to that. The laundry room is either broken or full of people who don't live in the building. The heat has been nonexistent for numerous years. The new owners (seems like there's new owners every 6 months) claim that they're going to change things. I have heard that from every single new owner. So forgive me for say yeah right. Yesterday there's a dead mouse in the hallway. Couple of months ago there's one in the middle of my livingroom. Couple of months before that a dead one on my stove. Parking is a major pain. The noise from the parkway is terrible.
