Just got off the phone with a woman was was very rude and nasty when she answered the phone and when I decided that I would not go further to even see if we could work with this company, I hung up and the woman called me back and demanded to know who I was. When I told her she has just called me, she got an argumentative tone with me and told me that she called back because I called her and I told her I was calling for business purposes, but then decided not to go forward when she was so rude to me the first time. She then got a condescending tone with me and questioned why I thought she was nasty to me when I called and I then just hung up and moved on. Whomever owns this business should cold call it to see the way calls are being answered so there can be some corrective action. The person I spoke with today was very off-putting and thus, I would not need this business for anything...

Great customer service. Wood was delivered on time. Driver was friendly. Unfortunately, the wood was not treated long enough. Still damp and does not burn consistently. A lot of hissing.

Great service. My delivery of 1/4 cord seemed to be a little too wet as it was very smokey and the ends hissed and bubbled with excess moisture. I wrote a note to the company and they sent out a driver with a bunch of really dry wood and even a few boxes of kinling. Very impressed with their customer service.
