Dr. Kaplin & Vanessa were always Tops. Recently had a 22 year old dog euthanized but was upset about the price. Dr took a 10 minute look knowing that he already had issues and wrote up treatment including euthanasia. We had decided to let him go and I was already upset but there was No Mercy on the Bill. While other competitors charged lower prices I felt the Dr Visit could have been Waived out of Compassion

It's the first week of July how are you going to state that you are booked into August for any type of appointment for your pet these doctors really need to look into who they hire they are ruining their offices

They didn’t really help me diagnose my pet They had no idea what he had , they gave him med for the itching and then something else for a allergy then wanted to charge me for some other tests , Hes still the same…(the vaccine didn’t work) I wasn’t there present to even see if they actually put it . I payed $ A lot and my cat is still the same
