I would recommend this location to all those separating or retiring from the military, even if it's been a while.

I have dealt with this office on several occasions and I have got nothing but exceptional service. From the veteran that works the front who always makes it a easy process getting the assistance I need. The staff has been great in helping me. When I first visted the office the receptionist as Yamarie stated is a 20 or more year vet who helped assisted me with my husband claims and calmed me as I waited for the service officer who was GREAT. In several occasions when we stop in she asked about our children and gave great advice as far as what our next steps will be. As far as the bad review on her I'd have to object and say she is great at customer service ESPECIALLY coming from someone who also works with customers whom we all no can at times wake on the wrong side of the bed and try to throw there problems off to make it seem as someone helpful is doing them wrong. I do not no the front desk workers name but if this is something that should get to her please let her no this veterans wife appreciate ALL the help she's given and the care as well as smile that greets us everytime we come in.
