I say contact your state congressman and senators. Let them know what’s going on with the monopoly of this situation. I have paid my bill on time every month. Then I had a leak. My landlord paid the difference. Then the remainder of the bill carried over to the next month. My landlord said he paid the full amount for the next month. Next thing I know my water was shut off due to non payment. It ended up I had to pay $50.00 dollars to turn it back on plus what I owed from the previous month. It ended up they ripped me off of five dollars! These people are all about consumer capitalistic greed! That’s the Untied States of America way don’t ya know! .

This company is UNREAL. They know they can do what they want because they have a monopoly of your water service. You can't go to a competitor because they are the only one to chose or have no water at all. My father is disabled and lives on a strict budget but does pay his water bill. Like anyone else, it has slipped his mind. No phone call reminder, No second notice, no compassionate or no care for their customers. My dad's bill was $22.00 and cutoff date was April 28th by 8:30 am. They were here that day at 10 am and disconnected his water service. Ok, fine. He went to pay it because as I said he forgot it was due by the 28th. To get it cut back on, it cost him $72. Dollars. 3 TIMES the original payment due. If you try to call them, the number is busy all day but an hour after the due date they are there to cut him off .

Worst company ever, come back from TDY and water is off for me and my daughter all weekend. It is the 31st and they cut it off... and no one there all weekend to pay there $30 dollars. Cannot stand this water company.

Wish there was another option for water service. This company will not work with you. If payment is not received by the end of the month they will cut you off. This is the only company I know of that will not allow you to run a couple days late. Do not use the schedule a payment function on their website. They will still cut you off. The lady at the desk plainly told me they dont know anything about their website so if payment is not received before cutoff day they will cut you off and still charge you a reconnect fee. If you dont know anything about your website but can make payments through the website then someone has to know something about it, if not then who does.

Apparantly...2 years later...and it's NO different!! Was forced to pay a $50 reconnection fee bc I couldn't get through the busy signal for 3 hours!! UNACCEPTABLE!
Mine is not either.
There is a deposit. Can't remember exactly what ours was, close to $150.
There is no ban on filling your pool.
