I just had to give a shout out to my ladies Tiara and Rachel at this Public Storage location. They both were super helpful with my rental unit questions. I did want to mention that everytime I have come here in the past Tiara's service has been outstanding. Not only is she quick, efficient, and friendly, but she's also personable and professional at the same time. I will continue doing business with this location because of her. Both ladies deserve a raise and recognition. Thank you again!!!! 😊

Being a customer for the last 4 years or so, I have met all kinds of people at this facility. However, Tiara and Jay are both very Professional, friendly and most helpful accommodating my needs ... Thanks Tiara and Jay...

I'm sorry this is late Jay. Jay was very helpful. I was moving out and I observed Jay helping another customer very professionally. I had an issue with Ice in front of my unit and Jay (a manager) dropped what he was doing to clear it up. As I was closing my account, there was a charge on my account from another unit and Jay (with some help from Violet) cleared it up and I was on my way in a timely manner.

The 2 customer service representatives a gentleman by the name of Jay and the lady by the name of Tiara were very helpful and knowledgeable of the property and their units. They were very respectful kind and curtious answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a storage unit.
