I'm new to the area and my first time here I made an appointment right when they opened at 10am, they showed up about 10 minutes after 10 but still took everyone right away. The quality of my service was good. I then made a 2nd appointment, again for 10:15am (they open at 10am), and noone showed up until 10:35am! I understand life happens but two times in a row was dissapointing

Went here to get my eyebrows done and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. "Okay, that's fine." Waited 25 minutes until the one lady told me " go ahead on back to the wax room" okay.... Sat back there for 15 minutes ... Got up and said " excuse me how much longer do I have to wait?!" The lady looked as if she forgot about me and said " 15 more minutes" I said "no I think not, this is ridiculous and left". Very unprofessional and I will never wait that long anywhere else just for some damn eyebrows to be plucked and pulled. Smh
