I have never had a better experience with having my computer service. Ernesto is a true professional who completely knows his business with regard to computers. He went out of his way to help me, he went out of his way to find the solution to my computer issue and went out of his way to make it affordable for me which differs completely from any other computer shops locally including geek squad, you break I fix, etc. He is kind and knowledgeable and will do whatever he can to fix your computer in an extremely timely manner, another thing I had not expected.
