Marcus was an awesome salesperson. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to up-sell me anything. He did a great job juggling in store service, while accommodating sales calls. The store was stocked and clean. There are plenty of spaces to practice the instruments and the also offer music lessons.

I was looking for a digital piano. The staff was very friendly. They did not have the piano I wanted in stock, so I went to a different Guitar Center. This particular store is very big. I enjoyed browsing.

This location of Guitar Center is by far my favorite, as they had helped me *so* much. First, I had a few questions in regard to a particular item, and the employees at this store did not cease their attempts to help me. Really. They examined the item, in order to answer my very specific questions. Then, once the item finally arrived to my place of residence (I lived in a separate state), the item was exactly as what they had described is as. I could not be happier with their service, their compassion, and their true care for me as a customer. And, mind you, when I had communicated with the employees, this was all done over the phone. You could really feel their energy, the genuine-ness from these people! I certainly do thank y'all for making my purchase from y'all very easy, and for giving me a positively memorable experience!

J. Aguilar is a great (bass) guitar teacher. Able to relate to children. He is teaching my daughter music theory and technique. Enthusiastic and professional. Matt is a true rock blacksmith. I took my daughter’s Mikro to him after gutting it and changing almost all components. Watching him measure the entire neck and radius you can tell he is a master of his craft. His setup/tuning is worth the time/expense. Everyone in this store from Rob, a manager, to Nick in lessons can get anything you need or answer any question you have. True musicians that care about their craft and the customer at this location.
