I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are such a sweet and loving group of professionals. Most importantly, you can tell they love our furry babies! I especially appreciate that they call within 24 hours to check on how my Bee 🐝 is doing after a procedure. Dr. D IS DA BEST!

We went to her because we saw that Dr. Downs and the entire staff had really good reviews. They did not disappoint. All the good reviews were accurate. Dr. Downs is indeed an animal whisperer. They were all so patient and gentle with our baby who is usually very cautious and grumpy whenever she's at clinics, hospitals and the groomers. Definitely won't be looking around anymore for other vets. We finally found them!

I take all three of my dogs here and the doctor is very professional and patient with all of them even though one of them can be quite aggressive and yappy. The work they do is high quality and of great value because of the amount of care they treat their animals. When I first moved to the area I took my dogs to multiple vets that treated my dogs poorly, until I got to Temecula Valley Animal Hospital! I recommend this place to everyone I know with pets!

We very much like the doctor and her staff. They are respectful, careful, creative and never seem to be pushing anything on us or guilting us for yet another expensive procedure. Instead, they are kind and loving of both their animal patients and us, their customers. I consider them the best in the valley and feel very well cared about as a customer and know my pups are loved and cared for by them.
