Used car salesman tactics. Recommend unnecessary services. Attempts to extort you for expensive in-person visits or they won't refill your pets regular prescription. They'll let your pet suffer until you give them money for an office visit before approving a 1800PetMeds order. Possibly to then attempt to get you to overpay for their pills. Find a local non-chain vet that doesn't have quotas.

First time to this Banfield. Staff was amazing very caring with my pet. Explained everything. Took the extra steps to comfort my dog as she has terrible anxiety when going to the vet. Super satisfied with their service

I love the staff, they’re all very nice and knowledgeable. The problem is that I can’t ever get an appointment. I pay $60 a month for the plan but what’s the point if I can’t ever get my dogs in?

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
