Horrible customer service when there's a issue. Charged me twice and refused to do a refund. Told me to go through my bank for the money to be returned. Ricardo lacks the skills to be a manager as he can't solve a simple problem that the store was at fault for. Asked for the store manager and was told to send a email and they will look into it. I have both receipts that came to my phone.
