Extremely unreliable booking availability - we try to book month+ in advance, but everything is consistently filled. With the current instability of working from home with COVID, the inflexibility is challenging and stressful. It seems like they've taken on more clients than they can serve. Sniff has also apparently decided to capitalize on the situation and began price gouging existing clients. They stopped doing regular daycare and started doing this "pe" care which is basically the same thing but for $15 more. Unclear if we are getting our money back for prepaid regular daycare package. Currently looking for alternative daycares.

Great experience. Nice new facility. Clean. My pet was excited about her stay. Employees were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt secure leaving my pet here overnight. I will definitely use them again.

The staff is amazing. The second you walk in the door you know you can trust them with your pups. Attentive, communicative, able to answer any question you have and more than willing to fullfil any special request you have for your dogs. Highly recommended and I will be using their services again.

We board our epileptic pup here whenever we go out of town and have loved every experience! Staff are friendly and really care about your pet and his 20 some odd pills 3 times a day. Dozer gives it 5/5 tail wags.
