I have been training with TTP for a few months now and it has been one of the best changes to my life I have made. The folks at TTP are all super kind and helpful. I trained with Ryan and it's always a blast when we workout. He pushes me every session to the max. The other people there like Nick and Turk are all friendly and encouraging. The meal plan they offer is also very good, I ate their meals for about a month or so and it helped me get a sense of what I could eat and how much, nowadays I cook my own meals.

TTP Fitness was recommended by a friend, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ryan is a wonderful, motivating trainer, supportive and great at building not just your body but also work ethic and accountability. My son has been working with him for 6 months, and the change is remarkable. He is achieving his fitness and weight loss goals (over 35 pounds lost and a much more fit physique), most importantly through eating and lifestyle changes that will support his health for many years to come. The staff at TTP are approachable and knowledgeable, adding to the team effort it takes to support someone making sustainable changes to their life. I highly recommend Ryan and TTP Fitness. I can’t say enough great things about this place and everyone that works there! I have had a wonderful experience training with Ryan- I still train with him. He knows so much about training, fitness, nutrition and all the nuances and misconceptions; he’s super understanding and flexible. He’s also kind, funny, supportive, but also equally very tough, focused, and intentional with his training and always making sure it’s in line with your own training goals! another reason this is my favorite place is that, people that work there really make you feel like you’re family or a good friend. It’s not just about them making a buck, you really feel welcomed there and they really do care about helping you reach your goals. I feel so grateful to have found this gem of a place and if you’re thinking and looking for a great place to workout, stay motivated, this place and everyone there are the people you need! My experience with TTP Fitness is fantastic so far. This is my first ever personal trainer experience and I have been looking for some place and someone who can help me to put myself in a doable yet challenging track in achieving my fitness goal. I definitely achieved that with the help of Ryan and Turk and doing great so far. Ryan is my trainer and he has exceeded my expectations as a trainer. He's a fun person to work with and he always makes sure that you are on the correct path and motivates you often. He will not just help you to get stronger physically but mentally too which I value very very much. I started this Journey for getting myself more healthier and fit and so far I am really happy with my results. If you follow what they say and commit yourself you are definitely gonna see the results. Having some one like Ryan helping with that journey is the best you could look forward to and you will appreciate every single minute that you get trained. I would not think twice to get enrolled with TTP fitness if you are like me and up for a better you !!!

Why did you get into personal training?

I guess playing sports when I was younger initially inspired me to workout. Even back then, I understood the importance of resistance training in maintaining a fit and active lifestyle. (My passion for weight training grew and I started competing in bodybuilding.) It was during that time that I became acutely aware of the importance of not only training, but diet and nutrition also.) As I have gotten older, having an active lifestyle has become more important to me, growing into a passion that gives me the opportunity to not only inspire others, but to help keep them healthy. Sharing my knowledge, educating and inspiring others so that they may lead healthy and active lives for as long as they choose, is the true gift of my job.

What do you like most about personal training?

The short answer, helping people! However, the satisfaction of watching someones self-esteem and confidence grow before my very eyes and knowing I had a small part in that journey is priceless. Most of all the excitement, joy and sense of accomplishment on my clients faces when they reach their goal is everything to me…

In my 23+ years in this industry I have been fortunate to help and work with many clients who have many different needs. From losing body fat, gaining lean muscle mass, post rehab from injury or major surgery down to the beginner who has never trained before.
