Yeah it's an off site rental, and i believe pretty much any rental available in the airport located at the same street. They will shuttle you for free and the bus leaves very frequently

Yes, I have been here and rented a car. All the rental car facilities are off site and there is a bus from the airport to them. Likewise, when returning the car, you are required to bring the car back to this location and the rental car shuttle will give you a ride back to the main terminals. I am not sure what you mean about them dropping you off at a hotel close to the airport. You drive to the rental return facility and they will give you a shuttle to the airport. No hotel is involved. There is no cost for the shuttle to or from the airport.
