Just bought a car from an online auction, thought I got a good deal but the fees literally doubled the price that I paid. Not only did I pay more in fees then I paid for the car, but when I got the car it looks absolutely nothing like it did in the photos. The car was filled with junk and there was tape on the windows, the hood was stuck opened a little, the console was falling apart, literally the worse purchase I've ever made and I highly recommend you not purchasing from here. I didn't take any screenshots of the car online and they're not allowing me to view the photos they had listed, so I included only one of the items that was wrong with the car that wasn't included online Update: I called and asked for the office manager, they wouldn’t put me on the phone with her. They asked what the problem was and I told them and they said there was nothing they can do about it

This is true. I felt the same the two times I have gone to this auction. Though I eventually bought one of the cars that didn't go for auctions. The ready to buy ones to the left when you walk in (green light) Nice buy still. I will be back again. I love this place.
I recently bought a 2008 avenger for$500. Car runs and drives but needs a little work on the engine. Remember that you have to pay buyer's fee (in this case $135) plus another $50 for paperwork. If you are not a dealer you have to transfer the title (about $135) and pay sales tax (8%) in this case $40. So, for the $500 car, you may end up paying $840.00 just to take it out. Not cheap.

I think if your going to go to an auction by yourself you should know something about cars. I've never had any major issues with any of the cars I've brought from there. Also they do put on vehicle windshield and while vehicles come thru in line up what's wrong with vehicle. If your looking for something nice and decent to drive. Then you want the green light special. But if you just need a humpty or something then you can get any car from the other side. If you have a mechanic yes bring them with you that's a plus they also have apps on your phone that can tell you everything about the vehicle that's coming through its a quick scan and it'll run everything in front of your face on phone about vehicle. Don't ever go for the green light where they offer to have you by the car straight out. Because once it comes down the line you can get it for much cheaper.

Yes, you can observe without bidding. Buying a Green Light means the seller gives you 1 hour to test drive the vehicle after you pay for it, to confirm there are no problems with the engine, transmission or frame. If there is a problem, that is covered, the seller has a chance to fix it.

Yes you can go to the auction ANY DAY and purchase a green light car without bidding.. I just took my son (yesterday 08-31-18) friday to buy a green light car, NO auction was in session and he left out with a 2006 Chevy Impala.
