Why does it seem all the good deals/lower prices are only available to New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents verses Delaware and other States? Seems biased.

This is true. I felt the same the two times I have gone to this auction. Though I eventually bought one of the cars that didn't go for auctions. The ready to buy ones to the left when you walk in (green light) Nice buy still. I will be back again. I love this place.
