You have to buy tags separately. You purchase different types of tags depending on which state you are from. If you are from PA, you register the vehicle at the time of sale. If you are from out of state, you purchase a transit tag so you can drive home and get it registered in your state.

Yes when you buy the car you pay there tax, tags and auction fees it's like $1500 something like that I believe.
