You must come the day of the auction or you can bid online (www.capitalautoauction.com) depending if it is set up for the internet or live. All cars must be sold through the auction.
There is a live auction which will be held on Saturday starting at 11 am and ending around 4 pm. They drive them thru and you are allowed to bid on them at that point. They also have cars available that are on the internet (it's also a bidding situation) which you would have to go online to find out the particulars of the internet bidding process. All of the cars are structured as the highest bidder gets the vehicle. My suggestion is to attend the one scheduled for Saturday and ask all of your pertinent questions in the office. They will issue you a bidder # ( which is at no cost or obligation) which allows you to then bid on the available cars that day. There is a second auction on Wednesday evenings beginning at 4 pm and goes until roughly 9 pm. So auctions are twice a week and the internet all the time I believe. I believe you can only purchase them during the auction not prior to.
No you have to purchase on the date it says first you have to get a bidder's number from office which is free to bid then your all set. Bring someone knowledgeable of cars also pay attention to the light system red as is green light warranty in engine power tran and rear for 48 hrs
