Yes you can go to the auction ANY DAY and purchase a green light car without bidding.. I just took my son (yesterday 08-31-18) friday to buy a green light car, NO auction was in session and he left out with a 2006 Chevy Impala.

Not likely as the dealers that have the cars there are usually only there on Wednesdays and Saturdays
