Pool was closed more often than open. Trash constantly overflowing. Car got broken into. And then rent was raised 200 dollars with no change in the quality of the place. Don't waste you're time.

Maintenance issues can often be frustrating - but luckily for us residents at Vue we are lucky enough to be serviced by Alan - the best maintenance tech I have ever encountered. He consistently goes above and beyond and strives to provide the best experience possible! Real world example: Alan recently showed up to fix a door for me and ended up unclogging my sink and clearing out my bathroom fan without me even noticing they were issues. Alan, thank you man, I appreciate you!

**DANGEROUS there is a unit, c-6, that keeps shooting from their patio and the office doesn't they seem to mind the risk of a tenant getting shot** Don't move here or believe the move in incentives. Moved into a renovated apartment and the carpet is old, the dryer didn't work, the washer broke, the dish washer broke, the kitchen light went out, the bathroom light went out and sometimes maintenance took weeks to help. The other tenants are incredibly disrespectful, purposefully being annoying with loud music, backing up trucks with warning beepers at 6 in the morning when it isn't necessary, at times there are mass amount of dog waste everywhere, now I am tired of complaining but felt the need to warn anyone
