Recently I decided to start doing track days. I needed a leather suit, gauntlet gloves, and boots. A racer I met at Barber highly recommended stopping in this store and we are both sure glad we did! In the day and age of everything being online it is super valuable to have a store...WITH STOCK, to be able to try things on - especially something like a full leather suit. Ethan did a marvelous job as a salesperson. He knew the product well and acted as sort of a personal shopper. He really was very helpful and he had a great attitude. Very cool. Probably the best motorcycle gear purchase experience I've ever had. I ended up getting a suit, back protector, gloves, boots, and boots for my girlfriend all in one stop!!! I would have bought more, but: On to the stars though. I give Dainese zero stars for requiring the salespeople to wear masks. When we saw Ethan had one in we almost just walked out. I broke my own rule though and I'm ashamed of that. It sends a clear message that Dainese is in agreement with the globalist agenda that's stripped us of our sovereignty and freedoms. Neither my girlfriend nor I are ok with that. If we find a company that makes similar products that isn't so disrespectful we will support them instead immediately. The mask thing is that big of a thing. I'd imagine I'd have spent several thousand more were it not for this.

We don't have an official Dainese store where we live and I'm originally from the Chicago area so I phoned Dainese Chicago. Thank you Giovanni for the excellent customer service and going above and beyond for the unusual Dainese product request. We will definitely use Dainese Chicago for any future products! Thanks again!

Today I met a salesman at Dainese by the name of Ethan who made me feel like I had a personal shopper assigned to me! I had informed him that I was looking to get some sport bike apparel and wanted to check on sizing. The gentleman not only made me feel at home but thoroughly went over everything I needed to know to make a correct purchase. He went beyond what he had to do and for that I will be back especially if I purchase the bike that I'm contemplating on buying. More companies need people like this! Seriously! To the store manager Giovanni Bilello who I have never met; give Ethan a raise, promotion, and a nice size bonus-BRAVO!
