I called to report a lost debit card on Friday night but since they do not have 24/7 support I was forwarded to an off shore company to disable the Card. I called again today after a long 3 day weekend after I found my card again only to be told that they had no record of the call and my card was still activated. Avoid if you value security and customer service.

This is the worst bank in this town. These people are so disrespectful and rude !! The branch manager is prejudice and won’t speak and act like she can’t understand or comprehend what you are saying she’s ignorant. Two of the drive through tellers are ignorant and rude just like their manager Haley and the curly blond head woman !! I will not continue to bank here and I will make sure something be done about this situation !! You can take that to the bank !! Close your accounts here and go to another bank they are not worth dealing with !!

I was charged $3 and asked personal questions just to cash a $1,150 check that was written on this bank by a local business owner. My valid drivers license and fingerprint wasn’t enough?? I felt like a criminal walking back to my vehicle afterwards. It was totally rediculous for the teller to make me feel so small over such a small amount.

Yes and its drive thru
Hi Penny! Thank you for your interest in banking with us! Accounts can be opened either online or in person at any of our branches. You can open a checking account on our website at this location: https://www.htb.com/personal-banking/accounts/checking/compare/. Alternatively, you can always stop by a branch to do so in person. Any of our branch representatives would be more than happy to assist you with this if you choose to stop by! - Colin T.
If you can't get in your app you will need to go in person to the bank and sit down with someone and fix it. That's what I had to do.
