Their dip last a week. Place is a joke and they wouldn’t even help fix or take it off without charging. Never been at a nail salon that doesn’t offer to fix it. If you can’t guarantee quality why go there

This place is pretty good! I’ve been here in the past with my boy friend to receive a pedicure and we both were really happy with the experience. This time around I came back with a friend and I was super apprehensive to get my acrylics filled here after reading so many bad reviews. Plus I have eczema so I’m super particular ab where I go, but Sam did such an amazing job. The only picture I have is this silly one I took in my car. I would ask for her if you want acrylics! My friend gets gels here on the regular and loves it. The only reason I took away a star is bc she made me bleed when she was filing my nails but nonetheless everything was good and she did a really good job thinning down the acrylic so that it doesn’t look too bulky, which I love.

I am so disappointed. Tonight I made an appointment to get my nails done, and the service was extremely unprofessional. Caity is usually very kind and talented at what she does. However, tonight she was upset because I did not do the service that she recommended. The rest of the evening was very unpleasant. She raised her voice over the price of my service. Even though she did not do what I had requested. She yelled, "don't ever come back" and accused me of lying saying I asked her to cut down all my nails. She originally said it would $50 for a gel manicure, with matte finish, and a design. However, when I went to pay she said it was $48 (and she didn't even do a matte finish or the design). This business is very rude to loyal customers. I have been a customer for over 7 years bringing business to them and they treated me with such disrespect. This sadly is not the first offense. I cannot recommend this business as the customer care is obscene and utterly appalling.
