IKEA is a great store and can’t be compared to any other store I can think of at the moment, a real experience. IKEA continues to step up their game. It’s amazing to see items for .99 and high end beautiful appliances. Love how they put together rooms at affordable prices. Merchandise there is always different on each visit. Staff is pleasant, helpful and not pushy. You never know what you will see, it definitely worth a visit. Lots of walking so wear comfortable shoes. I hear the food is good too, but get there early if you want to eat.

Love this store even if not actually shopping but fun to browse. Always pick up a few item anyway. Quick, tasty lunch. Had the salmon/ salad. Very good! Just a fun place to hang out, shop, and eat. Beware! Wear comfy walking shoes!

I was glad that they had the items on display even if they didn't have them in stock. It allowed me to see how the item works and functions. Therefore maybe I can order it online

Good interior design concepts, good furniture options and cost effective Home products. Every time we go, we find something extremely helpful and needed items in reasonable price. Courteous staff.

Just keep calling & inputing the same service numbers. I eventually got put on hold to get in touch with customer service.
They have a very liberal 1-year return policy. Save your receipt to make it easier but a receipt is not necessary.
Nope. Fire did relatively minimal damage and the store reopened quickly.
I believe they do, but put in a call to make sure I'm correct. You know the old memory isn't.....?
They did the last time I went, but their displays change
Yes, they do
You can. They offer e-gift cards or physical cards to be shipped
If it's fasteners, pins, etc - the returns desk usually has most of those parts available.
No, it's not Costco:)
Call IKEA castumer service
Try calling them and maybe they can ship it to you.
I didn't have any problems with the online system. You may wish to call in your order or call for help with the online process
No, sorry. Sometime in June, most likely
Cannot be confirmed at this time.
The earlier the better. I arrived at 939 and was out in less than 15 minutes. There are a limited number of pick up slots, if you dont want to wait, I suggest arriving when the store opens.
I ordered like at 10pm at night and I was able to get a spot for the next morning. I had the same issue, but just kept trying.
What’s a good time to place an order for a time slot. It’s saying they have reach their capacity
Yes they have been for a week.
It is open for Curbside pickup, with online orders. The pickup time slots fill quickly. Just save your cart & keep trying ;)
The hours actually are different. The restaurant opens a half hour before the store each day and closes a half hour before. There is a sign outside and at the front door with these times.
Usually common sense is all you need, but a hammer and screwdriver might be needed.
Ok thq
I haven't seen one, no. They do have wheelchairs, though.
There is a $5 picking charge that is not refunded if you do not pick up your order. If you do pick it up then they give you a $5 gift card.
Their website says yes but I haven't checked the store.
You can always check for holiday hours here: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/store/bolingbrook
I haven't seen any there, no. Wheelchairs, yes.
The store have those. Just go to the customer service desk. But expect a line during weekends. Good luck!
No, anyone can shop here. Though they do have a free loyalty program called IKEA Family. This gives you access to exclusive sales, heads up for promotions, and free coffee.
No, it is only one small section that is closed. The rest of the second floor is open and running normal.
Yes they can, but it's always cheaper to pick it up yourself!
Calling is a waste of time. It's always quicker to go in.
If you get the key replaced from Ikea, would suggest that you write your experience here for our knowledge.
You should have a piece paper show your organization name and tax id that qualify for tax exempt. Show that paper at cashier.
No . They have manual cheel cha8rs
There is a credit card that you can apply for.
There's a phone number on your instructions for calling if you are missing parts.
The Bolingbrook IKEA allows you to take the carts into the parking lot. They even have a cart station (aka like the grocery stores) to return the cart in lieu of wheeling it all the way back to the store. The Schaumburg location does not allow you to. Trust me I have been to both IKEA stores many times. And if you don't trust me, do the 360 view on Google maps of the Bolingbrook location and you can see an employee pushing the carts from the parking lot back to the store.
Call again as if you never did the refund and redo your refund.
I have not seen it there.
I was going to suggest looking online for stock availability but you've already done that. Despite having to wait for an employee to look, it seems that would be the most effective way to check.
M-S 10 to 9... Sunday 10 - 8, Ikea restaurant opens 30 min before store.
No ... But the food is very cheap and rich.
Yes to wheelchairs, and I'm not sure about motorized carts.
The Ikea cribs are standard size. If your apt is really small i would suggest a baby bassinet and i have not seen that at Ikea.
Yes
