if a placed an order to be picked up at a certain location and am not able to within the 24 hr window, what is the service charge if the items are refunded??

There is a $5 picking charge that is not refunded if you do not pick up your order. If you do pick it up then they give you a $5 gift card.

I think you have more than 24 hours to pick up your order. There shouldn't be any service charges for refund.
