Just getting ready for the summer visits with the grandchildren. Bought a small pool and submarine bubble machine to keep little hands and minds busy. Plus use up energy chasing bubbles or playing in the pool.

I like their products and stuff but I didn't like their "paint department" employees. It was 2 men there and although they were helpful well the younger guy was. But I was in that department for 45 minutes just about and no one asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me. I did wind up walking up to the younger guy and asked for help. He did answer my questions. But I'm so used to home Depot when they asked if you needed help before you even noticed they were there. But I know that's a different store but dang... I was clueless to paint and had alot of questions. I only asked the basics but I also walked away still curious... I went back and asked another question and the Young guy helped me again but the older guy never said a word to me. And then afterwards I was walking around looking for paint brushes and the older guy still never asked if I needed help or was I looking for something. Because I circled that area like 3-4 times before I found the brushes. Anyhow, the cashier up front was friendly and she even asked me a question about the paint... She asked. Was it a bright white... I said yes... So yeah overall I still love this store and will revisit. Also, I took pictures of the gorilla glue... It's excellently priced.....

Eventually found what I needed, passed by what seemed like a dozen or so staff members without being approached and asked the simple question "is there something I can help you find?" Fortunately, the water softener pellets I needed were right next to the checkout, and I coincidentally found them, through no help of the staff on site. My experience aside, I netted getting what I needed, but as a retail store manager, I find this utter lack of customer service to be disturbing and does not reflect well on the company as a whole.
