This Aloft location has always been a staple for our travels to this area. Of course they did not disappoint during this visit either. My husband and I would love to thank Nichole F. who works the front desk. She was polite, knowledgeable and a very gracious host. Please give her a raise or promotion to ensure she stays with your company long term. She is a valuable asset. Thank you so much for her service and dedication. It made our stay so much better. We will see you all in October.

This is the best hotel I've been to around this area. It's super clean and modern. All staff were respectful and the guests seem to be a good crowd. The easy work perfectly and everything is perfect. The only thing I wish they had was a hot tub.

Our 2nd night there the hot water wasn't working and the sink faucet was leaking all over the floor. They tried to accommodate us and upgraded us to a suite which was great but still had no hot water till the next day. When we got our bill, they also charged us for the suite which they said they were giving us for the inconvenience. Otherwise all the staff was very nice.

What’s Up

I arrived at a cool younger looking hotel ingredient with a smile. The room was very nice I had a large king-size bed but I have to admit sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on a bag of sand it was very hard on my body the pillows were incredibly soft and uncomfortable. Other than that the room was amazing. With my room I got a $10 voucher for breakfast which did not go very far everything seem to be nine or $10 I got a biscuit for seven dollars and then I got a yogurt which I end up having to pay $3.75 for serve breakfast is very expensive. I was not giving my voucher until I came down for breakfast and the woman that was working was on her cell phone didn’t greet me acted like I was a nuisance when I was asking for my $10 voucher and made it very uncomfortable for me. I would suggest going to pay Holiday Inn when you get a continental breakfast of the spread of cereal pancakes waffles fruits and vegetables biscuits muffins offer free with a comfortable bed I think that’s where I’ll be staying next time is the Holiday Inn.
