Chris G and Phil were so friendly and extremely helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. If you have never had it try the honey with the fries. The best drink is the sunjoy its sweet tea and fresh lemonade.

All of the Chick-fil-a locations are actually nice, but I definitely always have a great experience, particularly in this location of the restaurant here in Bolingbrook. Their food is really good and definitely one of the best. But I do not look forward to going in here, not only because of the food but also, of course, the customer service. It is safe to say that their customer service is amazing. The staff are just so nice, friendly and helpful. Every staff member I've spoken with here has been amazing and accommodating in every situation. There would always be a long line in the drive through, but it is just basically normal. I can still get my food fresh and hot, perfectly and definitely accurately, so I do not really complain when there is a long line. Patience is really a virtue. The food is so good from this restaurant, and it is definitely worth the wait. The food is always fresh and hot, while the drinks are always cold and taste fresh as well, especially their freshly brewed iced tea. I definitely love that drink aside from their food, particularly their spicy deluxe sandwich. I highly recommend this location of Chick-fil-a.

I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A but unfortunately this location has decided twice now to not give a full order of french fries at the drive thru. I don't mind paying more. I would rather the price be raised than feel like they don't care about customer service. I complained this time, the manager told them to throw it away, and they handed me another partially filled fry. I do not plan to return to this location.

Milkshakes are AMAZING! First time for the Peach one, and it tasted light and fruity. The chicken sandwiches and waffle fries aren't bad either. Anything with the Chick-fil-A sauce is delicious. The car line at 8pm was long, with at least 12 cars ahead of us, but the employees were really efficient, quick to take our order & payment as we drove up. By the time we got to the window, our order was ready. Perfectly filled order - they remembered the sauce, straws, and napkins! Way to go Chick-fil-A! I'll be back again soon!
