I believe so, yes, but that probably depends largely on both how long ago you bought it and why you're returning it. The chances are better the sooner it's been, and if there's something wrong with it. The simplest thing, if you live nearby, is to just bring it in. Don't even bother trying to call the store - no one will answer. If you're not nearby, Ikea does have an 800 number for general questionz that's you could call and ask. While the store doesn't answer their phone, in my experience you can talk to an actual person if you call the 800 number (eventually).
