I received assistance through LASC when my employer unjustly terminated me and then hired a third-party company to falsify information about me to Ohio Unemployment. My case was assigned to a fantastic attorney and his assistant. Both were equally helpful when it came explaining to me the process and both were very timely with getting back to me via email and phone correspondence. We built such a wonderful case thanks to their expertise and my paper trail that my previous employer backed down and surrendered. LASC gave me the confidence I needed to slay the corporate dragon.
The SS Experience
We told LASC the exact thing the ODJFS was doing to not give benefits to people and they got played by the ODJFS attorneys. LASC is a waste of a Law Office. You will not get any help from them. Can I give them 0 stars? They don’t deserve the 1.

I I'm new in Ohio I would like to know they rule and regulations and go I do have
Yes
Legal aid can help you and if not they will direct you to the right resources
Set an appointment its free
Pay tbe 110.00 at the court house an 30 days later the sheriff will come remove him
No, not here in Ohio. However, if you feel there are in danger call FCCS. Good luck to you
The Legal Aid Society of Columbus can help with evictions and poor housing conditions and other landlord tenant legal issues, but does not have any programs to help with paying rent.
Do you help fathers who pay child support be able to see their child?
Yes but will cost im doing that right now 10k to even start the case
I am not an attorney. But if I were you, I would go to the Columbus Legal Aid Society in person and apply for help. They won't charge you anything. So, you don't have much to lose, except for a bit of time and transportation the first time. After applying in person, I don't think you have to go there again. They will conduct the rest by phone, etc. (with few exceptions.). They do your type of cases and sounds like you may qualify based on income (if you already qualify for subs. housing). I have never had much luck with them, but my situation is different. So, good luck!
The Legal Aid Society of Columbus will be closed October 11 and 12 for a staff retreat.
See a lawyer
Write them a 30 day notice then file it with the court 125.00 then they will give them a 30 days the courts have the papers .10 a page
Give them a call they will direct you to the right person
Yes, they sure do
Corporate office!! Hopefully you have solid proof of that statement
yes, they do divorce cases
Yes you can
Definitely call legal aid and they could either help you with it. Or they can give you information on where to go downtown to the court house and get legal representation there.
