I called this pharmacy to get information on the available vaccines and their rates of it. During the first call, he was very quick and pushy in answering the questions and didn't give me the rates stating that he will get back with the rates as he is busy. Late afternoon a different person called back and she was very nice providing the rates as requested. Also, I was going to reconfirm with her regarding the PPD vaccine as he was very pushy in the morning. She transferred the call back to him and he said I answered the questions to you this morning and why are you keep repeating the same questions he was being very rude. I asked his name and he kept shouting and never gave me a chance to speak or explain. Till last, he never provided his name and information on how to place a formal complaint and disconnected the call. Poor service in the healthcare industry. If you are so busy why would you pick up the call, you can ask someone else to pick up who can talk and provide information. If there is a corporate kindly look into to this issue, thank you.

Highly recommend this place. I work in healthcare and know many patients constantly frustrated by big pharmacy chains. Only been here a couple of times and can already tell the staff is as knowledgable as they are friendly. They care for their patients, and have great customer service. Great local pharmacy to switch to! Will definitely recommend!

PCR test is what is typically required for travel purposes. As mentioned on their website, we were recently charged the $150 fee for the test. The results were provided the following morning via email. Make sure to have a printed copy of the results for your travel. Also, I do not believe any insurance will cover the charge as this test is for leisure purposes. Meaning, since you are not experiencing any symptoms, nor have you been exposed to a COVID positive person, I don't believe that the COVID test is not 'required' to be covered under insurance. You can always verify by contacting your insurance directly. But if you were to get tested here, plan on paying the $150 fee for each person being tested. Finally - depending on how much time you have, you can schedule PCR test at other pharmacies that may offer the test for a lower fee. However, many of those pharmacies are already booked several days/weeks out.
The vaccines are provided to us for free by the federal government. We bill your insurance company a fee to cover the vaccine administration. Keep in mind that although the government provides the vaccines for free, it still takes a huge staff to operate a vaccine clinic (admin staff, web development, nurses, pharmacists, data entry etc.). The admin fee that is charged to your health insurance helps to offset the cost of the staff and the overhead expenses (rent, insurance, equipment, etc.) With that said, vaccines are always free to the public. You don't pay out of your pocket. As a matter of fact, it is illegal for us to charge a customer a single penny for the vaccine administration. We have to only accept what the insurance company pays. If the person has no insurance, we still don't charge anything. On the other hand, your health insurance is obligate to pay a fee to help offset the cost of administration. I hope this helps answer your question. Best
Sorry Susanne, we don’t sell medical scooters.
