The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to big brands where you know you won’t be cheated and you’d get what you pay for. I purchased a king bed for $2,500 and got delivered the queen version of the bed. When I told them that’s not what I ordered I was told there is no such thing as a refund and return and I’d lose half of my money as a threat and the inconvenience which is what they caused with their confused selves. He even laughed at my face as I’m frustrated speaking to him. The disrespect and horrible customer service seems like a regular thing at this store. Please do your self a big favor and purchase elsewhere. I hope Karama gets them for cheating this many people.

I purchased a mattress in October from Mattress Land, and I feel silly because they assured me that the quality was top notch and I did not need a warranty. The salesman told me I would not need to replace the bed for five years. The joke was on me because less than six months later, the mattress has fallen apart. I called Mattress Land to see if they could meet me halfway because I have only had the bed for five months. The salesman was so rude and rigid. Do not purchase anything from this store without a warranty. I will never purchase anything from their store as they are unprofessional and dishonest. I would rate them less than one star if possible!

I came here about two years ago and had an awesome experience and ordered a sleigh bed. Customer service was awesome. Sadly, today that was not the case. When I moved, I took the bed apart. There were a few screws l left behind after dismantling the bed. I want to put the bed back together. So I figured I could come the store for guidance. Intially when I walked in the store. I was not greeted within 30 seconds although they looked straight at me when I first walked in. There was a gentleman that then asked if I needed help. This took place once I got to the middle of the store. I explained my dilemma. He proceeded to tell me the bed did not have screws. I rebutted and try to show him where the screws were. He immediately interrupted me and told me there were no screws. He then proceeded to basically shoo me off and said, “If you can show me the screws I can help you ok. I can order it for you or can go get them at Home Depot.” Ultimately I felt surprised, discouraged, and unheard. I was surprised because it was such a different experience I had in the past. Discouraged because I still don’t have the screws to put my bed together. And unheard because I know for a fact there were screws I took from the bed. I would suggest if you are looking for furniture not to go there. Not unless you don’t care about being treated like your money isn’t wanted.
