Very cute on the exterior, but my family and I had huge problems with several of the tiny homes on property. I stayed in the Pina Colada/Eleanor. The floors needed replacing, as they were soft to walk on and moldy in the bathroom. It was also full of ROACHES. I came down from the loft on the first night to be frightened by the volume of roaches. The property manager sprayed some Raid, but it didn’t make a difference. Our AC unit was struggling and the property manager did bring another fan to try helping that issue. My relatives had issues in the Pelican/Flamingo tiny house (roaches, door falling off the bathroom, etc.). The Amy also had bugs. The Mobile Home had bad plumbing and a broken washing machine. There are some issues that need to be addressed across the property.

It wasn’t as clean as they advertised. Sleeps 6 but can’t even accommodate 2. Literally running over one another. Shower was rusty and dingy. No toilet paper, no paper towels… no blankets and it was freezing. No mirror to get ready.. Should have advertised that we should’ve brought. Charged a smoking fee when we only smoked outdoors on the deck. It was not nice at all. Could’ve gotten an Airbnb for the same price with a pool and much better accommodations.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed in the Sand dollar and were disappointed. When we checked in there was a very strong smell of weed. The place reeked! Me, being in property management, brushed it off because that stuff can happen. However, we woke up feeling sick after the first night and cut our stay short. When we notified the owners that we checked out early, we let them know why and this was their response: "Sorry for the inconvenience. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible tiny house experience, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance. We appreciate you letting us know what happened. Regarding the very strong marijuana smell, this was already raised to the attention of our property manager. Please accept our sincere apologies. Sincerely, Mina" You already knew and failed to inform us ahead of time? We should have been provided options: - Take the tiny home as is, knowing there will be a strong odor - Provide a different option to stay within the tiny home rentals - Provided a full refund, allowing us to make other arrangements

There is a large heating and AC unit that Heats and cools the whole house. They provide clean sheets for your stay.
Yes, we have pets here now
Tiny house Aqua, Blue oasis, margarita and blue lifeguard stand all have first floor bedrooms.
Our tiny houses are set up for short stays. Nightly rates fluctuate similar to nearby hotels. We do give stays of 2 weeks or more 15% off using code BIGSIESTA.
Units vary. Some have loft bedrooms you have to climb ladder or steep stairs to. All have bathroom. Ask about chick-fil-a unit. Very dramatic. Has fenced in yard. 3 steps up to bath and 3 steps up to bed.
Not sure... Need to ask property management. Its a SWEET PLACE. To stay tho💕💕
