We couldn’t have been happier. The owner was helpful, courteous, understanding. He helped us select the perfect model wheelchair for our needs. He spent lots of time choosing appropriate accessories, looking up specs on the computer, and in general making the experience very pleasant. We need more merchants like this! The equipment stocked is of highest quality at very good prices.

Everything you read about this place and Dean is true. He waited at his store on a Sunday for me. I had forgotten my wallet and he gave me a wheelchair to use to pick my grandmother up from the airport. Said just come back Monday and pay me then. Nice to know some people still have a heart.

Dean is fabulous! I run a rehab department and I am often challenged with the specific equipment needs due to complicated new cases. Dean takes his time to learn about each case I present to him, and helps me to solve any issues, specifically with wheelchairs, lift chairs, tub benches, bedside commodes, braces, arm slings, heating pads, bed pads, walkers, blood pressure cuffs, and adaptive devices. Dean always makes sure that I’m getting what I am needing. He puts items together for me, helps me carry them to my car, or delivers large items. Thank you Dean for all of your help and for making my job easier!
