If you need supplies, or are in need of important information due to breathing supplies, do not use DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I require important supplies and I can never get a call back, I am on oxygen, my portable is leaking, I leave messages and never a return call !!! I switched company’s and this company called the new one to tell them it was a mistake, and now it’s become a mess !!! I never told them anything about not switching from them, trying my best to find out what has happened..

They don't really care about the customer, they just want to get you in and out as soon as possible, poor mask fitting process, don't explain much and the very little they try to explain is not accurate for the most part.Very high prices. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

No help at all with cpap issues they do not return phone call want to to get you in and out!

It took over 3 months for them to pick up equipment that wasn't needed. I called them repeatedly and each time I had to explain the circumstances for my call. After each conversation i was given a pick up date, all of which were no shows. A manager Jay finally called saying that my insurance would no longer pay and they needed to pickup the equipment. Unannounced, they arrived. After arguing with me the man, Hector kept telling me that he could not write in that he was picking up an additional 12 mini tanks because they were free finally conceded after I called the company.
