Their business practices are so poorly done one can only wonder if it was by design. They will fight you on every bill. They will try to say the cost (that they pre approved) is too high for the work you completed. If you don't take a video of the entire job process they will say you never did the work. Just don't work with them it is not worth it.

We gave them a shot figuring, since we are a professionally run property maintenance company, that we might be able to avoid the issues some of the handymen expressed here. Unfortunately Assero's money is not worth the time and effort they require. Stay clear of them as a vendor.

Scam company. Stay off my property. Next time you will be arrested for trespassing.

Came home to a notice left at my door, tried contacting the number left on the slip of paper. Tells me to contact my mortgage company loancare c/o assero. Attempted to call get sent to a voicemail, stated all representatives are busy, attempted numerous times, so then called me mortgage company and asked them who these people were and if they sent them to my door, was told to disregard, but never got clarification if they had sent them to my home. Not sure what these people want, but I left a voicemail and also sent an email to this company and advised that I have contacted the local police and should they step foot on my property again they will be notified. Also contacting BBB and Attorney General.

Been doing the same thing to me. Sometimes we can’t answer the door because some of us work.
Roy, When you leave a voicemail, make sure you tell us your phone number or we cannot call you back. Also, be sure to be clear when stating your address. We are looking into your situation.
