The Property Manager is a Very Hard Person to get into contact with via phone. Some of the rooms are smaller as expected depending on what your seeking; The whole Pay 2wks I upfront (did it for me) even if you planned on staying for a week. Visually, all the properties need renovations done outside of this it's in a great neighborhood with bus routes, quick stop mini stores not to far from bigger stores and the Baylor Hospital 🏥.

The placed are cheep, they are older you will share a restroom and kitchen. You can't have guest overnight.

It's ok but under-capacity window unit AC and no insulation make summer days hot and summer nights a battle against humidity.

How much are the room for a month
100 week/400 month
About $100 a week. If you have other options i would take them unless you just need a roof. Bedbugs and roaches everywhere
