I had a worker name jared came out and see the granite and this was the worst customer service I have ever received. I was simply stating what I saw with the granite and he took it as a personal attack and become very rude to me, he was very unprofessional in the way he was talking. I do believe there is a certain level of professionalism this company needs to reach to, especially with their employees. This is very upsetting to have this interaction with this employee. I hope in the future no one ever as to experience.

If you paid for the whole slab, then you’re entitled to keep the remnants. If you were charged by the square foot for the job, then the fabricator gets to keep them.
Your granite counter’s cutout is topped by a drop-in sink, while the undermount sink is positioned below it. A granite countertop must typically be particularly polished in order to accommodate an undermount sink.
