They leave properties that are being rented up on their website to collect application fees. Scummy business practice. Most realtors or people renting a home will at least inform you of an application pending, these people do not and will let people apply to collect on the application fee and will not refund you. Not cool dude.

Do not use this company. I wish I could work only 7hrs ignoring clients and lying about what's available to get peoples money from an application fee. The realtor knew nothing about the area, didn't know the prices and didn't give any way to contact. I've looked at over a dozen places for rent though this company. I was approved to only Get told all the units I contact are rented out already or already have a deposit on it. Not to mention when you call, no one ever answers. I've called at 9a, 2p, 3p and still no one ever answered no matter the time or day. Waste of my time and $150 for the "petscreening" and application.

Disappointed, Disgusted and lots of Regret for even staying in their run down , not up to par ,100 plus year old house. They are scammers IMO. If you value your money and time, do not sign thier contracts!!! Look elsewhere, they are not worth the headache!!!!!!

I can't say enough of Dave and his team. I've been a landord for over 10 years now, and Re/Max Haven Realty Property Management hands down is just the most big head, engaged, high standard and communicative company I've worked with. Keep up the good job guys!
