I want to say that I dealt with peak investment properties for over 6 years and especially with Mike Crawford and he was always especially helpful with any issues that we had. The property at Hillside Village is very quiet and calm and next to the mountain and a very nice place to live. The area has a nice walking area where you can go for a morning walk. Always ask for Mike when you call peak investment properties and he will help you with any such any situation.

Call from a different number. They will assume you are tying to rent a unit, and not at all pleased to hear from you, an already paid tenant. Thats the only way they ever answer the phone. But it works 9/10 times.
What universe are you living in? They have one of the worst work ethics ever. They barely call back, it takes forever for something to get fixed and they dont seem to care that druggies and drug dealers live in your complex. Speaking from experience.
