There is absolutely ZERO professionalism at this place. The establishment is RACIST to those whom english is second language. My poor mother was aggressively persuaded to purchase head spa which is literally just washing of hair and blow drying. Consisting of ZERO technique. She drove 45 mins every time for her sessions. On her last session, which the front desk girls booked for her and remind her of, they charged her a full amount and not from the prebooked sessions. When she inquired why, they begrudgingly took the blame (since they are the ones that messed up), and still charged her. No responsibility. Are you guys serious? this is how you run a business? When you have dedicated customers that have been loyal, and you mess up and still charge your clients? Whoever the owner is, Good luck. Establishments like yours are dime a dozen and at this pace, you will clearly go out of business. Please make sure you guys dont go here, i see reviews from others saying that the people working here are not even licensed?. the service is sub-par at the extreme 2. they will rip you off severely. Completely fake and dishonest. Im really disappointed.

Searched Phoenix for 2 years looking for a stylist thar knows how to cut curly hair. Enter; Samie! She is very skilled at long layers and talks through every step. Super nice person who truly wants you to be happy!

Do not go here! Poor customer service and pay attention to the fake reviews they are posting now because of all their bad recent ratings! Super fast staff turnover, staff seem inexperienced. had a really bad experience with laser hair removal here.
